Mr. Tuttle joined JAT Consulting Services, Inc. in 1994, following a distinguished career as a Partner, Southeast Division President, and Aviation Service Group Chairman of Howard Needles Tammen & Bergendoff (HNTB), one of the world’s leading architectural, engineering, and planning firms.  Under his direction, HNTB became the largest aviation consultant in the United States. Large and small firms benefit from his understanding of business and management practices. Mr. Tuttle is highly proficient in the development of management systems that provide the necessary ingredients for business success.

Currently Project Manager of operations and strategic planning services for JAT clients and consultant on Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport’s $6.7 Billion Expansion Program.  Provides managerial consulting services to owners and partners, including training in business operations, project management, and process management. Training in process management includes data cost analysis, job costing systems, and management systems.

As Partner, responsible for management of firm with over 2500 employees and 32 offices. Principal-in-Charge on numerous major projects, including:

Project Manager for planning, design, and construction administration for all civil engineering aspects of Development Program from 1976 to 1982. Efforts included runways, taxiways, enclosure of Flint River (Tunneling), all aprons and tunnel for Automated Transit System for Midfield Terminal Complex.
